This is a great radio and its list of features will amaze you. For starters, the radio uses a phase-locked loop (PLL) to ensure rock solid frequency stability. The AR1748 has an AM band, FM band (FM stereo via headphone jack), and three short-wave bands that run from 1711kHz right up to 29999kHz. Not only does this provide really good sound and reception for everyday use, it's also a must-have in case of emergency or power outages. The analogue tuning is assisted with a digital display and a tuning step, select fast for scrolling through the frequency or slow for that fine adjustment. This Carcomm cradle holds, charges and connects an antenna too if needed. Suitable for the Samsung Galaxy S II (Samsung i9100) - not for the earlier Galaxy S (cradle for the Galaxy S is here ).

The main function of the Carcomm Samsung Galaxy S II Power Cradle (CMPC-625-AC) is to power and charge your device while you're on the move, and to hold it securely into its position. The unique and patented design of the active holder keeps your Galaxy S II in place and protects it from being damaged. The antenna coupler allows connection of an external (car mount) antenna if required.

The unique and patented cradle uses injection moulding manufacturing which ensures a perfect fit to your device.
