As we are required by law, and also as we hope and expect all other organisations do for us, we value and respect your privacy. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Australian Federal Privacy Act 1998 and the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000.

Information is collected by us when you register as a customer, and also at the time of your order. This information is not disclosed to any third party and is stored safely and securely. We understand that we have a responsibility to protect the privacy of this information from misuse, loss, unauthorised modification or disclosure. Credit card and other payment information that you provide us by phone or fax is stored and encrypted separately from your other details. Online order payments are processed directly by our bank and/or PayPal, with those details not being visible to us or saved by us. Our servers are managed and highly secured and the server environment is formally PCI Certified. On order processing pages we use a 1024-bit certificate which provides maximum security for your transaction.

We will take all reasonable and legally-required precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

We will never transmit your credit card number via email to anybody, including yourself, and urge you to never do so either – and we will never, ever, ask you to email us your card number. If you fax or otherwise provide your credit card details to us (eg by phone), we will obliterate those details as soon as they have been actioned.

If you contact us in relation to your order, we may request you to provide us with information that confirms your identity before we can discuss details of your order with you.

You can expect to receive several emails from us in relation to your order progress; these are necessary to allow your order to proceed through our system. Your email address will never be provided by us to anybody else. It will be used by us for emailed newsletters, special offers or other email - however these will always provide you with an immediate "Unsubscribe" option from any future emails of this kind.
