How to order

You don't need to have ordered from us before, and we welcome orders from individuals, businesses and organisations alike. Here are some ways to order:

Order securely online on this website

- choose the item you want to order, and enter the quantity you wish to order into the "add to cart" box next to the item
- click on the "Add to cart" button
- you will be taken to the "Shopping Cart Contents" page
- if you wish to add something else to your order, click on the "Continue shopping" button
- then, when finished selecting items, click on the "Checkout" button (it's at the top of the page, in green)
- on the next "Welcome, Please Sign In" screen, if you have not ordered from us before, enter your details after "New? Please Provide Your Billing Information", otherwise enter your login (email address) and password then click on "Sign in".

Note: When entering your details as a new user, a valid email address is definitely required, as registration information and order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.

Your order confirmation email may be filtered to your 'junk', 'spam' or 'bulk' email box, so please check these folders if you don't receive your confirmation email shortly after you complete your purchase.

Send a purchase order

Fax or email your official corporate, government, council, school or university purchase order to fax 03 9481 5350 or email orders@wirelessworld.com.au

Make sure you include your purchase order number, invoicing and delivery details, and a contact name with email address for confirmation and correspondence about the order. We have official supplier status and/or supplier/vendor numbers with many companies and government bodies.

Call us

We don't run a call centre so there's not always somebody available to take your order, and often it takes longer anyway to get all of your details correct, so we do prefer that orders are placed by one of the two methods above. But if phone is preferable, then please call us during office hours (9am to 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday). Our phone number is 03 8060 1682.
