About Us

Wireless World's ABN is 58 118 685 724

Located in inner-suburban Melbourne, but supplying to all parts of Australia, Wireless World is an established e-tailer (online retailer) with an interesting and innovative range of products that cover both the old-fashioned and the current meanings of the word "wireless".

For those old enough to remember or young enough to care, a "wireless" is what a radio that you listen to was called. So we've got many of the latest radios, including digital radios, as well as some quality AM/FM models.

But mainly of course there's the current wireless devices and their accessories that use WiFi networking, Bluetooth or the mobile phone cellular network, or a combination of these. Our range always covers the latest leading edge technology, and our knowledge and experience mean you can purchase with confidence.

Why would you order from Wireless World? After all, there are countless websites to choose from, all promising cheap prices and a dazzling array of products that they have cut-and-pasted together, or possibly even shipped directly from some dodgy place overseas.

Well, with over 30 years experience in the IT and electronics industry, and now five years in online sales, we believe we know a thing or two about what our customers want. Plus, we know and (mostly) love the technology, which helps a lot.

Good pricing is a must, of course, but there also has to be clear communication, an easy way to order (and not just online), and above all a commitment to useful advice and an ethical pleasant purchasing experience that our customers trust and rely upon. Proper Australian warranty and Australian ways of doing business don't hurt either!

Plus, we are environmentally aware.

And if things go wrong (as they sometimes do in this world of fast changing products, supplier stock issues, human error and technology breakdowns), then we aim to resolve things in our customer's best interests as far and as fast as we possibly can.

Wireless World endorses and conforms to the Australian Guidelines for Electronic Commerce as released by the Australian Treasury in March 2006.
